Fees

Standing charges a family signs up for in the app, billed for the period you set. Change an amount and every parent sees it immediately. Retiring a fee stops it being offered; the payments already made against it stay on the record.

Issue a bill

One child, one amount, once — a clinic visit, a trip, a replaced textbook. It appears on that child's card in the app straight away and is owed until it is paid. Check the name before you issue: the bill follows the Plus ID, not the spelling.
